Wheel yoga

Wheel yoga adds an extra level of oomph to our stretches, balance and strength work. This a fun class – with shorter relaxation and breath work sections. This is not designed to be a relaxation yoga class but one that will challenge. Great for back pain and especially for discouraging that forward head posture we find ourselves in during day to day life.

You’ll need a yoga wheel and some experience of yoga already.

N.B. Classes will only run when a minimum of 5 persons attending each class has been reached. In the event that the class you have booked will not be running, we will advise of the class cancellation and book you onto the nearest suitable class.
