Gentle yoga flow

Gentle slow flow based on learning basic poses and increasing inner muscle strength. Great for recovery and beginners. Basic learning of breathing and meditation.

N.B. Classes will only run when a minimum of 5 persons attending each class has been reached. In the event that the class you have booked will not be running, we will advise of the class cancellation and book you onto the nearest suitable class.
